A lifelong resident of California, Cathleen grew up in Westlake Village. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, she lived all over – from San Francisco to Santa Monica. She's made the San Fernando Valley her home since 2003. Her familiarity with so many southland neighborhoods makes her a great fit no matter where you're looking to buy or sell. 

Cathleen joined Rodeo Realty after a successful career in multi-media advertising sales. Her expertise in helping clients through the process of buying and selling in the corporate world made her transition seamless to residential real estate consultation. A service- and relationship-focused agent, Cathleen works first to get to know her clients, really understand their needs, and fulfill them. Her in-depth knowledge of print, digital, video, and social media marketing platforms gives her an edge when marketing your property.  Each platform attracts a different audience looking to engage with content in different ways, and Cathleen uses her expertise to craft the perfect, customized marketing plan for each home she sells.

Cathleen understands contracts through and through and keeps her clients' transactions on track through closing.

 

Cathleen is dedicated to providing service, both to her clients and to the community. She is currently Co-Chair of the Next Gen Board of the United Friends of the Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing foster youth for a bright future with housing and education initiatives.  She's also a Sustaining Member of the  Junior League of Los Angeles. During her 14+ years of active service to JLLA, she's sat on the Board of Directors and has volunteered with community partners such as Mar Vista Family Center, Aviva Family Services, Heart of Los Angeles, and many more.
